Gratitude is being in a mental and emotional state of thankfulness and appreciation. It is about thinking, feeling and expressing what we are grateful for.  Research has shown that a daily practice of gratitude can bestow a whole range of benefits in every aspect of our lives.

As a transformational experiment, I challenge you to acknowledge or express everyday for 21 consecutive days 3-5 things or experiences that you are grateful for.  If you are willing to journal your gratitude journey, the benefits will be exponentially more profound.

  1. Wonderful I love this! All these benefits, I knew it! I do have a gratitude journal, but unfortunately I am not doing it every day. Will do it again now!
