A few daily tips to boost our mental health. So easy to do. So easy not to do.

Simply it’s a daily choice that in time will become a habit, a habit that will transform how we experience our life, work and relationships.

  1. I am not only dealing with Covid-19 right now, but four deaths, one of them my mother. I am also dealing with a dear friend, who is my spiritual teacher, who is dieing of cancer. I have been trying to eat healthily, exercise regularly, talk about my feelings and concerns with my very supportive husband, to get enough sleep (for the most part), as well as going for lots of nature walks and daily meditating. It all helps. I treasure all of these habits. I actually, even with all of the stuff going on, find moments of peace during my day. Thanks for the post. Very good suggestions.
