Creating New Realities …

2018 …

I’m walking into 2018 with a open heart and mind …

If you owe me, don’t worry about it, you’re welcome …

If you’ve wronged me, it’s all good, lesson learned …

If you’re angry with me, you’ve won …

If we aren’t speaking, its cool, I still love you and wish you well …

If you feel I’ve wronged you, I am so sorry, please forgive me …

Life is too short for prolonged suffering, pent up anger and holding grudges.

Love, forgive and move towards the light of new beginnings.

Happy New Year!

Do It Scared …

Because courage is a part of our DNA, fear is not a reason to not do something, it’s an excuse. Courage is ‘doing it’ scared!

How Do You Want to Feel in 2018?

Our feelings determine what we value, what is important and meaningful for us to feel happy, fulfilled and successful in our lives.

For every aspect of your life such as relationships, career, family, finances, health and recreation ask yourself these four questions;

What do I want to feel?

What am I willing to do to feel the way I want to feel?

What am I willing to stop doing to feel the way I want to feel?

What is my first step towards fulfillment?

Desire, Own It!

We are desire.

It is the essence of the human soul, the secret of our existence.

Absolutely nothing of human greatness is ever accomplished without it. Not a symphony has been written, a mountain climbed, an injustice fought, or a love sustained apart from desire.

Desire fuels our search for the life we prize. Our desire, if we will listen to it, will save us from committing soul-suicide, the sacrifice of our hearts on the altar of “getting by.”

The same old thing is not enough.

It never will be.
