When we change our inner world of thoughts and feelings, our newly aligned behaviour begins to effect our outer world and we awaken to what we innately know that ‘yes’ we are a spark of the divine creating the moments of our life. 🦋
Metamorphosis is the magical lesson that butterflies teach us … change promises growth … new beginnings … a fresh start … before we can truly engage with the new … we need to let go of the old and outdated … when we transform our perspective of who we are … we herald in new thoughts, attitudes and behaviours that inherently give birth to new possibilities and experiences … the one constant adage of nature … everything is always changing …
With the right attitude, stress can be a great motivator to get something accomplished, resolved, changed or perhaps to step back. As in all situations, our perspective determines our experience. If we are experiencing relentless stress, it is a signal that it is time to make a decision, to start moving, creating, communicating or to unplug. You know what to do. Do it.
To change anything we must be absolutely clear about what it is that we are committed to experiencing, accomplishing or attaining. Clarity of vision defines our focus while a blurry vision will undoubtedly give us random results.
The key to changing the world, to changing your life, and to empowering those around you is authenticity…the willingness to be yourself…the willingness to be vulnerable…the willingness to feel…the willingness to live…by eradicating the judgment that you’ve imposed on yourself and society has opposed on you.
If you don’t create change, change will create you.
When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.
~ Victor Frankl
Change is the only constant
To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly.
~ Henri Bergson
Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.
~ Leo Tolstoy
If you don’t like something change it; if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.
~ Mary Engelbreit

They must often change, who would be constant in happiness or wisdom.
Our only security is our ability to change.
~ John Lilly
We cannot change our past. We can not change the fact that people act in a certain way. We can not change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
