Authentic Freedom

Are you authentic?

Are you true to yourself?

Do you own your authenticity?

How do you know?

One of the gifts or benefits of being more authentic is having a profound inner sense of freedom.

Freedom to make our own choices, express ourselves without fearing negative repercussions, and honour our values, passions, talents and purpose.

The following is a simple yet revealing three-point questionnaire that will uncover how consciously you are connected to your authentic self and the degree that you own your true self in your day-to-day life;

๐ŸŒ€ How much freedom do you have to make your own choices based on what you need/desire to feel whole, happy, and fulfilled?

๐ŸŒ€ How comfortable are you with expressing your own ideas, views and opinions in your relationships, at work and as a leader?

๐ŸŒ€ How often in a day do you feel authentic, fully expressing yourself, not play-acting to fulfill the expectations of others and society?

I suggest answering the three questions with one of the following responses;

๐ŸŒ€ I don’t know.

๐ŸŒ€ Not free.

๐ŸŒ€ Somewhat or sometimes free.

๐ŸŒ€ 100% Free.

Authentic women own their inherent right to experience their freedom to be, do and have that which is true to their nature. ๐Ÿฆ‹

Your Opinion Matters

To authentically thrive in our lives, we must break the habit of looking outside of ourselves to find our self-esteem.

Healthy, strong and empowered self-esteem largely depends on theโ€ฆ

๐ŸŒธ Depth of our self-knowledge.

๐ŸŒธ Height of our self-awareness.

๐ŸŒธ Range of our agency.

When we have a strong sense of self-esteem, we feel good about ourselves and see ourselves as deserving of the respect of others.

Authentic self-esteem is healthy and active, and weโ€ฆ

๐ŸŒธ Are optimistic and proactive.

๐ŸŒธ Easily express our needs.

๐ŸŒธ Confidently make decisions.

๐ŸŒธ Are in healthy relationships.

๐ŸŒธ Have realistic expectations.

๐ŸŒธ Self-Compassionate.

๐ŸŒธ Empathetic toward others.

๐ŸŒธ Resilient to setbacks.

Our self-esteem, which is the opinion we have of ourselves, determines the quality of our life experiences. ๐Ÿฆ‹

New Habits, New Life

Consistent good habits are the compound interest of our success across every aspect of life, work and relationships.

Goals reflect our perception of success, they are an end result that we want to embrace, experience and fully relish – mind, body, heart and soul.

Our aligned good habits are part of the process of getting the results that we desire with more energy, vitality and focus โ€ฆ less resistance, chaos and self-doubt.

Our new goals require that we check in with our present day habits and perhaps refresh some of them, ditch the controversial ones and start leaning into building new supportive ones.

Divergent habits can cripple our will and ability to succeed while well matched habits can exponentially boost our consciousness, confidence and commitment to achieving our goals.

What habits will support you on your journey to the promised land? What habits will help you to cultivate your success? ๐Ÿฆ‹

Suffering Our Thoughts

How might your life be different if you decided to stop tolerating or suffering your own thoughts, void of clarity, confidence and courage.

How would your life be different if you dared yourself to move out of your comfort zone, tackled your fears and gave your self permission to live a more authentic version of whom you are?

Mmmm, imagine the joy, freedom, expansiveness, passion, aliveness, you would feel if you dared yourself to experience the life which is in your heart.

What are three things you can do today to start moving in the direction of your dreams? ๐Ÿฆ‹

Reclaiming Our Power

Throughout the years, I have met and coached woman in positional power who believed that being aggressive, arrogant and irreverent was the persona of a powerful person. It turned out that it wasnโ€™t and they eventually derailed their leadership effectiveness.

Through the process of self-empowerment coaching, my clients discovered that underneath their contemptuousness was imposter syndrome, the fear of being found out that she was a phoney, that her self-confidence was wobbly and inconsistent and that she was often plagued with self-doubt.

Our coaching sessions were focused on bringing forth her inherently empowered authentic-self, which resulted in a natural and observable transformation.

An empowered woman who knows and respects herself radiates an authentic confidence, she is grace under fire and she interacts with people with interest, respect and compassion. Empowered woman understand the strength and purpose of their power and they proudly wield it to inspire, create and to positively influence her world. ๐Ÿฆ‹

Be Wild, Be Free, Be You …

Be You! That is your superpower! There is nothing more beautiful, inspiring or powerful than a woman unapologetically being herself. The true essence of beauty is authentic fluency, the language of self awareness, respect and confidence. You are extraordinary, be you. It is enough, more than enough! ๐Ÿฆ‹

Winning …

LIVING SUCCESS 3D--Confidence-Level

If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life.

With confidence, you have won even before you have started.

Castles In The Air…

I learned this, at least, by my experiment; that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.

He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary; new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him; or the old laws will be expanded, and interpreted in his favor in a more liberal sense, and he will live with the license of a higher order of beings.

That is what I think freedom really isโ€ฆ

If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

~ Henry David Thoreau (Walden)
