You’ve Got This!

The willingness to accept responsibility for one’s life is the source from which our self-empowerment flows.

A few notes on personal responsibility …

🌸 No one is going to save you; be your heroine.

🌸 Use your creative intelligence and agency to move through an unpleasant situation you find yourself in, no matter who may have caused it.

🌸 Make a conscious choice to process your unpleasant emotions such as shame, regret and guilt; otherwise, they will distort your reality.

🌸 Change what needs to be changed as soon as you can.

🌸 Your perspective will empower you or disempower you. You can choose your perspective.

🌸 Know and understand what is intrinsic to you and never compromise what you truly value.

🌸 Do hard things.

🌸 If you’ve failed, learn from the experience and move on with renewed knowledge and understanding.

🌸 Accept that life is 50/50, both light and dark and no addiction, bottle, distraction, cave, procrastination or denial will change that reality. However, knowing that you have the power to affect both the light and dark to your advantage is how you make your dreams come true. 🦋

Our Story

Our stories to ourself about who we are in any given situation can create tremendous feelings of joy, enthusiasm and empowerment or devastating feelings of misery, apathy and victimhood.

Interpretation, no matter its intent is always self-serving and usually in an unconscious default mode. However, it can also be a conscious choice that boosts our empowerment no matter the circumstances that we find ourselves in.

When we turn our story around for our own benefit we can feel our self-empowerment bloom. 🦋

Don Your Cape

The moment you own your life’s journey you don your cape and step out of victimhood. Figure out what you need to do to be the the heroine of your own story. 🦋

You’ve Got This …

Be Brave. You are the legend that you seek. The heroine of your story. You’ve got this girl! 🦋

Own Your Story …

When we own our story, we can share it unapologetically, re-vision it in present time and craft a victorious, heroines ending.

Divinely Anointed …

It is through the process of ‘struggling’ that we are compelled to tap into our potential, to breathe life into our dormant abilities and to do things we never thought possible. Struggling is an opportunity to exercise our courage, to become mentally and emotionally stronger, and most importantly to deepen our trust in ourselves. When a challenge emerges in our lives we need to own it, leap into the fray and move through it the best that we can. Turning away from or giving up in the midst of struggling is a natural response however, we are inherently entitled for more than what desertion could ever offer us, we are divinely anointed to be the victorious heroine or hero of our own story.

Victorious Heroine …

LIVING SUCCESS 3D--PRETENDER

Most importantly, you are the victorious heroine in your life … not a victim … nor a villain.
